The Rural-SIRCS National Crime Reduction Database*
The Rural-SIRCS scheme has been specifically designed to work with, complement and join up existing schemes and projects such as Farm Watch. The use of SIRCS will dramatically improve information sharing.
SIRCS is a proven system that is used by business crime reduction partnerships in towns and cities across the country. It is used by the gaming industry to run their national crime reduction partnership and in Norfolk to run a countywide scheme to link up all the local Pub Watch schemes.
Rural-SIRCS will enable businesses, crime reduction partnerships, schemes, agencies and organisations from across the UK to legally access and share information with one another.
